1. What is this product / service?
   1. Handset Solutions, LLC is the Authorized Reseller of Proget device management software.  Over 500,000 devices are under management currently, including domestic and non-US applications, civilian, and military.  The software was adapted from the retail prepaid environment for the special needs of the Lifeline provider universe.

2. Is it reasonably priced?
   1. Yes…just as many suppliers price products and services with the reality of the Lifeline business model in mind, we have done so also.  We win when you win.

3. What does the software do?
   1. The Device Management Software increases the engagement of the customer by ten-fold.  You can deliver messages to your customer when they haven’t used the device for any number of days that you wish, provide them a way to attest that they wish to continue their Lifeline subscription with you, as well as manage the device to your specifications, and retain ownership rights of the handset.  

4. Is this compliant?
   1. This software and processes were developed with Lifeline compliance in mind and works in connection with Google to manage devices that you provide to qualified Lifeline subscribers.

5. What are the expected benefits?
   1. Our software allows you to treat your customer as a normal prepaid customer, reserving the ownership of the device until anytime you choose (observing CTIA code of conduct, we suggest).
   2. We all know that emails and text messages are either ignored or never seen, but when a screen covers the touchscreen of the device you know it gets the attention of your customers.
